Last stop-Northern Ireland

My last trip before going off to college this Summer is my mission trip to Northern Ireland!  I never anticipated being so nervous to go back!! I'm also slighty apathetic.  I've been in college mode for at least the last 5 months, and it's very difficult to transition from that into having the desire to share the gospel.  I know that God will work in my heart so that everything will work out for his glory, I've just been struggling with that all Summer and praying that the apathy will go away!  I've been working a lot the past couple of weeks, which has made it very difficult to get everything packed for Northern Ireland! (I still haven't started packing! Yikes!)  I looked forward to this summer throughout all of my high school years, but now that I've endured most of it, I can say- "WOW.. that was stressful!"  I never knew I would be so busy preparing for college and trying to get sorority stuff together! Don't doubt though, that I have loved every minute of it! (Well, almost!) Anyway, it would probably be in my best interest to stop typing and to start packing!  I'll update again Post-Northern Ireland!!

FOOD- Oreo Brownies

Ok so, I kind of just made this one up!! But it ended up being pretty tasty!!
What I used:
10 mashed up oreos laid across the bottom of the brownie pan, then I poured the Ghiradelli brownie mixture on top! I baked it according the directions on the box!
Icing:
For the icing, I used some butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar to make a pretty basic cream cheese icing! Then, I added in 4 crushed oreos!
After I finished, I cooled the brownies so that the icing could spread on top! You want the icing to be either room temperature, or a little bit warm so that it will spread easily!! Finally! When you're finished, stick it in the refrigerator so you can enjoy it for the rest of the week!!
